3xLOGIC has been in business for over 12 years. Until 2008 we operated under the name CSI Technologies and only sold our products to other manufacturers who in turn put their own label on our products.

In May of 2008, we began selling our products directly to dealers, integrators and distributors under our own label and chose 3xLOGIC as our brand name.

We currently have offices in Colorado-USA, Israel-EMEA and Victoria-BC with field offices in Italy, Toronto, Edmonton, and Vancouver.

Authorized Partners are companies that we work very closely with to ensure the best possible experience for customers purchasing 3xLOGIC products. Partners have direct access to all of our resources and can get things done no one else can, including custom engineering and top-line support. Authorized Partners sell, install and support 3xLOGIC solutions and have significant product knowledge and technical capabilities.

Certified Repair Partners are the same as Authorized Partners but have received additional training and certifications that allow them to repair, upgrade or enhance our products in their own facility or in the field.

Dealers, Integrators, Distributors and other Resellers are companies who resell or install our products through a variety of channels.

Our committed relationship with our Authorized Partner’s (your dealer) is designed to give you, the customer, the best possible experience, meaning you can call either of us to get the support you need. We probably already know who you are!

We recommend not leaving your dealer/partner out of the loop though since they are closer to your location and know your system inside out. We will work together with you and our partner to give your the support you need.
