You would only use this type of video streaming for casual viewing without having to download or install any software, such as putting images on your website for visitors. Normally, these type of applications use very slow refresh rates such as 10, 30 or 60 seconds. This example pushes the limit a bit, but still works if you have enough bandwidth.

REMEMBER - Normally you will use the VIGIL remote client to access your video which provides full control and high-performance viewing of live and stored video. This is simply an example of an alternative way to use your video for other purposes.
