About

Hunt Enterprises has been in the business of Security and Bank Equipment since 1961. The company was founded by Mr. LaMont Hunt in Salt Lake City. In the late 1980’s, Steven and Kendall Hunt, brothers, purchased the company from their father, who is now retired.

Hunt Enterprises has 14 employees based in the Salt Lake headquarters. We have an office in Boise, Idaho, and a resident service tech in Twin Falls, Idaho. We also have a service tech in Butte, Montana, who covers the southwestern quadrant of Montana, and a sales/service guy who lives in Billings, and coves the central part of Montana. From these offices, we cover the entire state of Utah, the Eastern half of Nevada, the Western half of Wyoming, all of Idaho, and the western half of Montana.

We sell and service a full line of Security as well as Banking specific equipment, to include: alarm systems, access control systems, the finest Digital CCTV systems available today, as well as modular vaults, vault doors, safe deposit boxes, night depository’s, drive-up windows, drawers and remote units, etc.   We are also a Triton ATM dealer, and can service both Triton and Diebold ATM’s.

We have partnered with 3xLogic for all video and related equipment. However we can and do service virtually all other types and brands of security products as well.   As far as banking specific equipment goes, we are a Hamilton Safe Dealer, but also service: Diebold, Mosler, LeFebure, and most other brands of bank equipment. We have parts relationships with independent parts houses, as well as directly with Diebold, and of course Hamilton Safe.

Hunt Enterprises also deals in Modular Bank Trailers. We have a fleet of Modular’s that are used as temporary offices while new branches are constructed.   These trailers are typically 14’ Wide x 64’ Long, and include a drive-up window, teller counter, furniture, etc. that you might need to start a new branch. These trailers are presently located in Utah, Nevada and Idaho.   They are very effective in allowing a Bank to open a new office, then start building a permanent building.
