The IP68-rated enclosure provides protection in the harshest environments for superior dust and water resistance. This vandal dome camera allows for easy installation in a wide variety of areas. Designed to continue functioning at top performance at temperatures as low as -40°C (-40°F) and as high as 50°C (122°F), this cameras heater allows for a wide range of applications.
When coupled with the VIGIL™ Series of digital video recorders and Video Management System (VMS) software, superior point-to-point hardware compression and decompression allows for maximum performance of streamed live video providing better video quality, more concurrent streams and a lower overall consumption of CPU performance.

STREAMING
Additionally, the VX-2M-OD-RIAWH supports 2 video streams. This allows you to record a high-resolution, high-framerate stream, while using the alternate stream in lower resolution for live viewing, further cutting down pressure on your network.

VARIFOCAL LENS AND IR
Comes standard with a 2.8-12mm varifocal lens providing support for most applications. Infrared operation allows use in varying lighting conditions down to 0 lux for superior nighttime video.
ADVANCED ANALYTICS
Advanced Analytics licensing is available to build upon the already included base analytics. Available rules include Counting Line, Abandoned Object, Dwell, Removed Object, and Object Direction.
