3xLOGIC offers a variety of education and training opportunities both in classroom and online environment to meet your individual needs.


Can't dedicate a specific date or time to a course? We have you covered. We are now offering On Demand on-line courses that can be completed as your schedule allows. Certification, Re-Certification and End User Courses are provided. See a description of current course offerings and sign up below.

Throughout the year we offer open training for both infinias Access Control and VIGIL Video Solution at locations across the United States.

Brandon Harless

Brandon Harless

Training Manager, 3xLOGIC

Brandon Harless is a highly motivated, dedicated Learning and Development professional. With over 17 years in the technology industry, he brings a vast array of experience. Roles in leadership, personnel management, project management, and training development and delivery have helped construct his professional DNA. Brandon has taught overseas, in the classroom, and for the last 12 years has been training in the corporate environment. He is based in the company’s Fishers office.

Tyrone Swinton

Tyrone Swinton

Training Manager, SONITROL

Tyrone began his career with Sonitrol of Greater Richmond, and has worked with Sonitrol Franchises throughout the US.

He has held various positions including Operator, Shift Supervisor, Service Manager, Central Station Manager and Operations Manager. He was also instrumental in designing a new cutting-edge Central Station. With over 27 years of security industry experience, most recently Tyrone held the role of Central Station Manager for Sonitrol of Silicon Valley, in San Jose, California. He is now based in the company’s Fishers office.
