UK Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

Dated: 23rd October 2022

1. The prize draw is open to all UK dealers, integrators and installers within the electronic security industry, and end user businesses looking for a security solution, except employees of 3xLogic, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw or experience day event. All participants need to be aged 18 years or over.
    
2. The prize drawing is free to enter. There are 2 different types of prize drawings
   2.1 Prize A will be awarded to three winners, each receiving 3xLogic product to the value of £1,000+vat (MSRP). To enter the prize drawing, the participant must complete either a newsletter web form (https://www.3xlogic.com/uk-newsletter), or an experience day web form (https://www.3xlogic.com/uk-experience-day).
   2.2. Prize B will be awarded to one winner, who will receive 5 cloud-enabled 3xLogic cameras selected by 3xLogic in its sole discretion and a 12- month VIGIL CLOUD subscription to a maximum total value of £5,000+vat (MSRP). To enter the Prize B drawing, the participant must attend in-person one of the experience days to be held by 3xLogic on 16, 21 and 23 February 2023. A limit of 2 people per company will be able to attend the experience day event and can participate in the Prize B drawing
   2.3 The total value of Prizes A and Prize B, each are inclusive of all hardware, software and subscriptions purchased.
    
3. You are allowed one entry per drawing per person.
    
4. The opening and closing dates for entries differ per Prize:
   4.1 The opening date for entries for Prize A is 00:01 on 24th October 2022. The closing date of the Prize A drawing is 23:59 on 15th February 2023. Entries received after this time will not be counted or valid.
   4.2. The opening date for entries for Prize B is 09:00 on 16th February 2023. The closing date of the Prize B drawing is 17:00 on 23rd February 2023. Entries received after this time will not be counted or valid.
    
5. If for any reason the experience day event(s) cannot be held, 3xLogic does not take any responsibility for any losses created by the participant (e.g., travel and expenses). Incomplete attendances will not be considered valid for entry into the Prize B drawing. 3xLogic accepts no responsibility for any experience day events which are not hosted due to a technical fault (technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure, venue not being able to hold the event) of any kind OR if you fill out a form but do not receive an email confirming your entry. 3xLogic accepts no responsibility for any experience day events that you may not be able to attend due to changes to the event activity, agenda, location, venue or date.
    
6. Winners will be chosen by random for both Prize A and Prize B drawings performed by a computer process on February 27th, 2023.
    
7. The winners will receive the prizes as mentioned in 4.1 and 4.2.
    
8. The winners will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided in the web form) on February 28th, 2023 and must either set up a 3xLogic certified dealer account if they are a trade security dealer/installer, or if they are an end user business, they must use a 3xLogic certified dealer to install the products. 3xLogic can help to provide certified dealer contact details to the end user if they don’t have a dealer. 3xLogic can also onboard the end user’s dealer as a 3xLogic certified dealer if they are not one already. 3xlogic will supply the cameras and software license only, all other costs, i.e. installation of the product is the responsibility of the winner(s). The winner(s) must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond to 3xLogic within 2 working days of being notified by 3xLogic, then 3xLogic shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
    
9. The winners will have up to 180 days after they have been notified of their prize to claim it.
    
10. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is offered.
     
11. The prize is supplied by 3xLogic Inc, of 11899 Exit 5 Parkway, Suite 100, Fishers, IN 46037. Employer Identification Number 87-0797949. Registration No. 4206439 (State of Delaware). 3xLogic reserves the right to replace prizes with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond its control makes it necessary to do so.
     
12. The decision of 3xLogic regarding any aspect of the prize drawing is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into about it.
     
13. 3xLogic must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, 3xLogic will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable, copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails [email protected] within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact 3xLogic by email at [email protected] . In such circumstances, 3xLogic must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request. 3xLogic will publish the Surname, company name and photo of the winner to post on social media and to send in company emails. 3xLogic will publish photos of the attendees of the experience day via 3xLogic’s email and social media communication. If you object to any of these details being published or made available, please contact 3xLogic by email at [email protected] no later than 29th February 2023.
     
14. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. If a participant breaches these terms and conditions, 3xLogic reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to that participant.
     
15. 3xLogic reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where necessary.
     
16. Insofar as is permitted by law, 3xLogic, its employees or suppliers will not be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of 3xLogic, its suppliers (whether acting in their capacity as such or not) and/or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. The products must be installed by a 3xLogic certified dealer to the technical and installation guides available. The products must be used in conformity with any product documentation available for said product.
     
17. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed in accordance with 3xLogic's privacy policy (https://www.securitas.com/en/about-us/securitas-technology-and-healthca…). See also condition 13 with regard to the announcement of winners.
     
18. The prize drawing will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize drawing submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
